I’ve been super busy. Writing of course, but also with our new puppy, Josie! (I know, because my ADD brain and “current events” don’t already provide enough distractions.) But after living in the country for over 20 years, I finally convinced Mr. Lyons that a big dog would be a great addition to the family. Oops – he came home in the dead of winter and the fence wasn’t finished yet. So of course, Texas had another cold snap just days after we got her. One morning’s temperature was a balmy 8°. That’s nothing for some folks, I know, but definitely something for a gal raised along the warmer coast.
Please send any puppy secrets, this is our first. And, in case any of you fellow cat-lovers out there are wondering, cats are MUCH easier.
