Sexy historical romance Lady Scandal releases today! First time in paperback.

While written in a more “traditional Regency” style of voice (meaning it doesn’t sound like a modern story simply plopped in the past), Lady Scandal is a fun, lighthearted sexy romp much closer to Historical Romance in tone and sexual content than it is what most folks mean when they refer to a traditional Regency.
With the exception of a few authors who include sex scenes on the page–the fabulous Mary Balogh comes to mind–when readers refer to Regency romance, many are thinking sweet, clean and wholesome. That description, for the most part, applies to my holiday Christmas novella Miss Isabella Thaws a Frosty Lord, but not steamy Lady Scandal.
An extended novella at 37,000 words, the primary action takes place during a single, stormy day. If you enjoy a Regency-era “sound” to your flirty, blatantly sexy romance, I hope you’ll give Lady Scandal a try.
